What's the story behind Neon Sunrise?
Neon Sunrise is coffee for people who don’t do average.
Born from gaming culture, late nights and the need to stay sharp when it counts, Neon Sunrise exists to fuel focus, fast reactions and long sessions — without killing your rhythm.

Do you sell internationally?
We currently sell to:
- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
- United States
We're looking to expand in the near future. So, if you're after some swag join our mailing list so you can get notified when we launch in another country.
Do you offer free shipping?
Hell yeah we do. We now cover the cost of shipping for all our products within the US as well as international orders over $150. How good is that?
Can I track my order?
All orders are tracked.
Once your order is placed and fulfilled, we’ll send you an email with your tracking info so you can follow its journey straight to your door.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We roast to order — which means your coffee is freshly roasted and shipped the same day whenever possible.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, and once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. International delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks.
We move fast so your coffee lands fresh, bold, and ready to perform.

How should I store coffee beans?
Whole beans are the long-life champs of the coffee world — but only if you treat them right.
Best practice:
- Keep them in an airtight container
- Store them in the freezer
- Grind only what you need for the day
Why?
Air, moisture and light are your coffee’s worst enemies. The freezer locks out all three and keeps your beans tasting like they just left the roaster.

How should I store ground coffee?
Once beans are ground, the clock speeds up — so storage matters even more.
Your move:
- Seal it tight
- Store it in the freezer straight after use
Good news: coffee doesn’t freeze solid like ice, so you can scoop and brew instantly — no thawing, no waiting, no excuses.
This keeps your coffee tasting fresh, bold and ready to carry you through your next session.
How do I know if my coffee has gone bad?
Your nose knows. Fresh coffee should hit you with that rich, dark, oh-yeah aroma the second you open the bag.
If that smell is gone — your coffee’s basically running on empty. It won’t hurt you. It just won’t hit the same.
You might also notice the colour looking a bit washed-out instead of deep, dark and delicious. That’s another sign your beans have lost their mojo.
No aroma = no flavour. Simple as that.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t the product you ordered (hey, we make mistakes too), let us know within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
